Adams & Company has recently secured two new leases totaling 13,704 square feet at 10 W. 33rd St. in Midtown South. The agreements are as follows:
– A lease of 7,686 square feet with Supply Accessories, a producer of consumer products specializing in headwear and travel accessories design, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution. The space will serve as general and executive offices as well as a showroom.
– An expansion lease of 6,018 square feet with Welspun USA – a leading manufacturer in home textiles such as sheets, comforters,towels and bath rugs.The space will be used for general and executive offices,a showroom,and storage.This brings the total occupied area by Welspun USA to20 ,407squarefeet.
