"Revealed: Previous Plans for Allstate Campus"

The former Allstate campus in Jacksonville is undergoing a transformation under the new name, The Pondry, by Trevato Development Group. This redevelopment project will include a mix of residential and retail space while also maintaining some office space. The current two-building campus will be expanded to 15 buildings.

According to an application submitted to the local planning agency, one of the existing eight-story and five-story connected office buildings at 1776 American Heritage Life Drive will remain with a slight reduction in size (192,836 square feet). However, the two-story building located across from it will be demolished to make way for new additions including 20,000 square feet of retail space as well as row houses (24), townhomes (36), and condominium units (190).

Valerio Dewalt Train from Chicago has been chosen as the architect for this project while VIKA South LLC is handling all necessary permits.

In May 2023,Trevato Development Group acquired this property for $20 million.

CBRE has already begun promoting The Pondry on its website by listing available office spaces. They describe it as “a unique mixed-use ecosystem that seamlessly blends workspaces with residential living and commerce.”
