Richardson city officials have granted Majestic Enterprise’s principle, Sammy Jibrin, a special permit to continue planning for a five-story multifamily community. According to Community Impact, Jibrin estimates it will take eight months before he can begin the construction process and expects the complex to be ready for renters by late 2025 or early 2026.
The apartment complex will feature 215 units with 182 one-bedroom apartments and 33 two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, as part of the special permit agreement there will be a four-level parking garage providing 254 spaces plus extras such as pool courtyard area with barbecue grills and fire pits along with an amenity center.
City officials are encouraging tenants use Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) due to its close proximity; The proposed development is located 0.25 miles south of Spring Valley DART Station making public transportation easily accessible from this location .
