Fort Worth-based developer Trademark Property Co. is moving ahead with plans to build a mixed-use project on 45 acres at 3900 Lemmon Avenue in Oak Lawn, Dallas. The lot was originally owned by H-E-B but the grocer sold it to Trademark for redevelopment. The seven story complex will include 415 residential units, retail and office space near the Arlington Entertainment District and span 430,000 square feet with a corner restaurant, three landscaped interior courtyards and an underground parking lot designed by Dallas architect GFF. Groundbreaking is expected next year following approval of $14 million in grants funding from the Arlington City Council which requires that Trademark invest $150 million into redevelopment within six years or repay $9 million of those funds back to them.
