Leander has successfully secured a $48 million project for a mixed-use development. The venture, known as Leander Union, will span 155,000 square feet and feature a variety of amenities such as retail shops, restaurants, offices and even a church. According to the Austin Business Journal’s report on the deal negotiation between Topo and Northpoint Austin (the property owner), the new church will cover an additional 40,000 square feet at its location on Crystal Falls Parkway.
Construction is scheduled to commence in Q4 of this year with completion expected in Q4 of 2025. The project aims to offer diverse commercial options with an emphasis on food and beverage establishments.
Navcon has been appointed as the general contractor while Michael Hsu Office of Architecture will serve as the architect for this development.
