Fort Worth developer Trademark Property Co. is moving ahead with plans to build a mixed-use project on 45 acres at 3900 Lemmon Avenue in Oak Lawn, Dallas. The lot was originally owned by H-E-B but the grocer sold it to Trademark who plan to construct a 415-unit apartment community, retail and office space near the Arlington Entertainment District.
The seven story complex will span 430,000 square feet and feature a corner restaurant, three landscaped interior courtyards as well as an underground parking lot designed by Dallas architect GFF. Groundbreaking for the project is expected next year after receiving approval from Arlington City Council for $14 million in grants funding; however Trademark must invest $150 million into redevelopment within six years or repay $9 million of that amount back .
