Blackstone has provided Brickstone Partners with a $58 million refinancing for their Fort Collins portfolio. The portfolio, which includes The Junction Apartments and The Alpine Apartments, totaling 288 units and 9,390 square feet of retail space, was acquired by Brickstone in 2021. In order to cater to the thriving student population at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, both properties underwent extensive renovations of their unit interiors in 2022.

Brickstone Partners is a major player in the student-oriented multifamily housing sector within Colorado. Since 2013, they have invested over $800 million into the growing Boulder and Fort Collins areas.
