JLL successfully brokered a lease for Brown Rudnick, a law firm, at 1900 N Street in downtown Washington, DC. The building is owned by Commerz Real and was chosen by the firm due to its efficient layout and impressive amenities. These include one of the largest rooftop spaces in the city.
The team at JLL responsible for this deal included Evan Behr, Doug Mueller, Kristen Mathis and Thomas Myers who represented 1900 N Street. On behalf of Brown Rudnick were Savill’s Gary Stein, David Goldstein Jon Glass and Owen Jaccard.
