Winstanley Enterprises LLC, a leading owner and operator of commercial real estate in the Northeast region, has recently acquired a 30.74-acre parcel with 333,386 square feet of Class A industrial space. The property is located at 1 Van Bergen Ln. in West Coxsackie, NY and is approximately 25 miles south of Albany. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The newly acquired property will be known as the Mid-Hudson Logistics Center and is situated within an established industrial park in Greene County. Previously used by Save A Lot grocers as a distribution facility, this site is now available for various industrial operations including dry and cold storage.
Winstanley Enterprises plans to invest in capital improvements for both the interior and exterior of this facility to transform it into a state-of-the-art modern warehouse and distribution center.
