EdgeCore 36MW Datacenter Expansion in Mesa Campus

EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure completed its first building in 2019, and since then has been expanding its datacenter campus. With the addition of three new buildings, it will soon be able to support 200 megawatts. The cloud-connected data center solutions offered by EdgeCore are tailored for Fortune 1000 clients as part of a larger data center campus. According to Phoenix Business Journal, the company recently acquired 15 acres adjacent to their existing project which will add 36 MW across 350,000 square feet spread over three buildings.

The Phoenix region is second only behind northern Virginia in terms of number of megawatts under construction due to strong demand from hyperscale and retail tenants that exceeds supply according to JLL research reports. Hyperscale tenants have been pre-leasing these colocator announced buildings as soon as they become available on the market .
