"Daiwa Capital Markets Relocates from Financial District with Full-Floor Lease Signing"

DCMA, a leading financial company, has recently signed a 20-year lease for 44,100 square feet on the 49th floor of Mitsui Fudosan America’s prestigious building at 1251 Ave. of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. This move marks their relocation from the Financial District to their new New York headquarters.

According to DCMA’s chairman and CEO Keiji Machida, this decision aligns with their upcoming milestone anniversary as a registered broker-dealer in the U.S. in 2025 and reflects their commitment to providing top-notch service to clients. He believes that this investment will contribute greatly towards achieving even greater success in the future.

DCMA joins an impressive list of tenants at Mitsui Fudosan America’s property which includes renowned law firms, banking institutions and asset managers. The deal was facilitated by Newmark representatives David Falk and Peter Shimkin on behalf of Mitsui Fudosan America while Savills’ Erik Schmall and Scott Weiss represented DCMA during negotiations.
