This 121-unit build-to-rent (BTR) property is located at 201 Saddlehorse Dr. in Okatie, South Carolina within the newest master community of Bluffton – Pepper Hall. The property is conveniently situated just 11 miles west of Hilton Head Island and less than 20 miles northeast of Savannah, Georgia.
Northmarq facilitated the financing on behalf of RP Communities and Argosy Real Estate Partners through their correspondent relationship with ACRE based in Atlanta. The transaction was structured with a term length of five years.
