Northmarq Secures BTR Refinancing in Savannah Area

The Debt + Equity team at Northmarq, consisting of Grant Harris, David Vinson, and Faron Thompson, successfully secured a $32 million refinancing for Saddlewood at Pepper Hall. This 121-unit build-to-rent (BTR) property is located at 201 Saddlehorse Dr. in Okatie, South Carolina within the newest master community of Bluffton – Pepper Hall. The property is conveniently situated just 11 miles west of Hilton Head Island and less than 20 miles northeast of Savannah, Georgia.

Northmarq facilitated the financing on behalf of RP Communities and Argosy Real Estate Partners through their correspondent relationship with ACRE based in Atlanta. The transaction was structured with a term length of five years.

Saddlewood at Pepper Hall offers townhomes and carriage homes ranging from one to three bedrooms featuring modern open-concept kitchens with granite countertops and sleek appliances as well as spacious bedrooms, private porches,and detached garages. Residents can also enjoy various amenities such as a pool,a clubhouse equipped with fitness center,dog park,green space,and access to planned state waterfront park trails,kayak launch,and nearby shopping,dining,and entertainment options.
