Molto Properties has successfully secured a full-building lease with DB Schenker, a global third-party logistics company, at Canal Pointe Building A in Canal Winchester, OH. The industrial building spans 450,696 square feet and is located at 7585 Robinett Way. This lease brings the two-building speculative development to 55% occupancy.

Canal Pointe offers a total area of 825,322 square feet with frontage along US-33 and convenient access within less than 15 minutes from I-270/I-70 as well as Rickenbacker International Airport and Downtown Columbus within less than20 minutes away. Building B covers an area of374,626 square feet which is currently available for immediate occupancy.
The transaction was facilitated by CBRE’s vice chairman Michael Mullady who represented Molto Properties while CBRE EVP Jeff Lyons represented DB Schenker.
