"Buena Park Industrial Duo Sold by Staley Point and Bain Capital"

Staley Point Capital and Bain Capital Real Estate have recently completed the sale of two properties in Buena Park, totaling 183,000 square feet. The assets, located at 5530 Beach Blvd. and 5609 River Way, were acquired in March of last year for $41 million. This marks the fifth successful disposition by the joint venture within a span of two years, with a combined value of $231 million.

The buyer is a consumer products business that recognizes the strategic advantages offered by these properties – their prime location on Beach Boulevard and close proximity to local consumers, amenities and major freeways. Buena Park sits at an important intersection between Los Angeles and Orange County – both highly sought-after markets with limited supply.

Eric Staley, managing partner at Staley Point commented on this transaction stating that it showcases their ability to deliver strong results for investors regardless of market cycles. He also emphasized how Orange County remains one of the most competitive industrial markets due to its structural supply-demand imbalance; therefore they will continue seeking out attractive acquisition opportunities as part of their infill industrial strategy.
