IRG, a company based in Los Angeles, has acquired a warehouse facility measuring 298,126 square feet at 3321 Princess Anne Rd. in Norfolk, VA. The transaction was facilitated by Stephanie Sanker of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., although the sale price remains undisclosed.
According to Stuart Lichter, president of IRG, the company is pleased to expand its portfolio in the Norfolk market. He also noted that the property’s strategic location within the Port of Virginia area caters well to their tenants’ needs.
The current occupants of this facility are LION Power and Beckett Corporation while there is still 193,792 square feet available for lease. Stephanie Sanker from S.L Nusbaum Realty Co will handle leasing services for this remaining space.
Apart from this recent acquisition in Norfolk,Virginia , IRG also owns other projects in Hampton Roads region including completed build-to-suit developments for Unis located in Suffolk and Portsmouth . Additionally,in Suffolk another project built-to-suit by IRG for RoadOne is almost complete.
