RXR, the leading developer responsible for the revitalization of Downtown New Rochelle, recently celebrated the grand opening of Two Clinton Park. This new residential tower boasts 390 luxurious apartments and a wide range of amenities. It joins three other projects – 360 Huguenot, 11 Garden Street and One Clinton Park – bringing over 1,000 new rental units to the area.
According to Joseph Graziose Jr., EVP of development services at RXR, “Ten years ago we were chosen by New Rochelle City to revitalize Downtown through strategic development and community involvement.” He added that they are immensely proud of their accomplishments in the past decade which serve as a testament to what can be achieved when public-private partnerships come together. Looking ahead with excitement and anticipation for future phases in Downtown New Rochelle is something that RXR eagerly anticipates.
