The Boston Pickle Club has recently secured its second lease to bring indoor pickleball to Norwell, MA. This expansion comes just a few months after the successful opening of their first location in Hyde Park this past April.
Conveniently located only three minutes from Route 3 at 77 Accord Park Dr., the new facility boasts an impressive 28,000 square feet and will house ten indoor courts. The Boston Pickle Club was represented by Joe Pearce of Cushman & Wakefield while AEP Realty Trust’s EVP Ellison Patten acted on behalf of the owner.
Featuring a spacious interior with a ceiling height of 20 feet and smooth flooring, plans for the new space include a reception area, merchandise shop, locker room with showers, two lounge areas, performance training section,a kitchenette for food and beverages,and multiple viewing locations. Operating on a membership-based model,the facility caters to individuals,seniors,families,and juniors alike.
