Entre Commercial Realty is excited to announce the successful completion of a long-term build-to-suit lease with a national tank rental company at the Chicagoland Truck Center in Matteson, Illinois.
Represented by Entre’s Cory Kay and Mike DeSerto, landlord Bike Road, LLC was pleased to secure this deal while JLL represented the tenant. The new facility will be an 11,790-square-foot maintenance building featuring six drive-in doors on eight acres of secured outside storage.
Through careful planning and obtaining village approval for equipment rental and maintenance services, Entre was able to attract this long-term tenant by offering a custom-built headquarters-quality facility. The location’s outside storage capabilities with easy interstate access and high visibility were also major selling points for the national equipment rental company.
