JLL recently completed a series of transactions at The Link, a Class A office property located at 200 Elm St./695 East Main St. in Stamford, CT. Owned by AM Property Holding Group and NorthEast Capital Group and following a $50-million renovation, the property has leased 313,665 square feet of office space.
The landlord was represented by JLL’s managing director Gil Ohls and EVP Matthew Felice in all recent transactions. These include:
– Indeed signed for 124,180 square feet to relocate from their current location on Broad Street in late 2025 with representation from CBRE’s Ned Burns, Chris Mansfield and John Nugent.
– Henkel renewed their lease for reconfigured space totaling 84,046 square feet with representation from CBRE brokers Colin Reilly and Alex Hayden.
– Diageo also renewed early for their current space of 57
