Lease Tesla's First Pacific Northwest Plant: Space Available Now

Tesla Inc. has leased one of the first buildings to be delivered in the 5.1-million-square-foot Cascade Industrial Center, located in Marysville and Arlington, WA, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal . This will mark Tesla’s first plant in the Pacific Northwest region. NorthPoint Development’s Cascade Business Park is representing 4.2 million square feet of this industrial center and also represents Kansas City based developer’s initial project for this area. The 245,000 square foot building leased by Tesla will be used as a parts and assembly plant with Matt Wood & Hans Vieser from KBC Advisors along with Matthew P Henn & Matt Hage from Kidder Mathews acting as brokers for development purposes at Cascade Business Park respectively .
