The topping out of ATX Tower, a mixed-use development in downtown Austin, was recently celebrated by Tishman Speyer and Ryan Companies US. The 425,000-square-foot tower is set to open in the fourth quarter of this year and will offer luxury rental apartments, workspaces, amenities and retail. Handel Architects partnered with Austin-based Page to design the venture while Ryan serves as general contractor.
