The nine-acre hotel and resort is located at 2261 Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, FL and spans 390,300 square feet. Camilo Niño, Ricardo Uribe and Alen Hernandez of private lender LV Lending provided $10 million in financing to support the purchase.
