Brown Advisory Leases Expanded Office Space in Downtown DC with Pembroke

Brown Advisory, an investment and strategic advisory firm, has signed a long-term lease at 1801 Pennsylvania Avenue with Pembroke. The 11,000 square foot space in Washington D.C., combined with their existing 43,000 contiguous square feet of office space in Chevy Chase Maryland will support Brown Advisory’s long-term growth and network regionally and globally.

Brett Gibson, head of Brown Advisory’s Washington office commented on the move: “Downtown DC is where culture and commerce collide – providing great benefits for our clients and colleagues alike; from the ability to attract talent across the region to engaging in civic organizations within the city.”  Leasing services were provided by Michael Katcher Mark Wooters John Skolnik Kyle McFadden of Cushman & Wakefield as well as Thomas Doughty Bobby Blair Zach Boroson from JLL who represented Brown Advisory during negotiations.
