Raleigh Mixed-Use Highrise Opening in Early 2025

In February 2025, Capital Square will unveil its new mixed-use highrise, Maeve, located at the intersection of Dawson and Lenoir streets near Red Hat Amphitheater. The impressive 20-story tower boasts 297 apartments and approximately 10,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Additionally, an eight-level parking deck is available for residents’ convenience.

Featuring mostly studio and one to two bedroom units with a select few three-bedroom options on the top floor, Maeve offers luxurious living in a prime location. Residents can also enjoy various amenities such as a residential lounge, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment,
coworking lounge with private work pods,
shared conference room for business meetings,
pet spa for furry companions,
and rooftop lounge on the top floor.

On the eighth level lies an outdoor amenity space complete with a zero-edge swimming pool perfect for relaxation or exercise.
Grilling stations are also available along with fire pits
for cozy gatherings.
Cabanas and loungers offer comfortable seating options while enjoying views from above.
An outdoor bar area adds to the overall appeal of this modern development.

According to reports from Triangle Business Journal,the construction cost exceeded $110 million dollars. Funding was provided by Capital Square’s CSRA Opportunity Zone Fund VI in addition to First National Bank’s construction loan.

The retail portion of Maeve has potential for four retailers including two full-service restaurants that will add even more convenience and variety to this already desirable location.
