Tenant "Sprouts to Anchor Mixed-Use Project in Charlotte"

A new Sprouts Farmers Market location is set to open at One NoDa Park, a mixed-use development in Charlotte. The project, situated at the intersection of 36th and North Tryon Street, will feature a 21,000-square-foot store and is expected to open in summer 2025.

This will be Sprouts’ third store in the region, with existing locations in Ballantyne and Steele Creek. With over 400 stores across 23 states, the Phoenix-based grocer continues to expand its presence.

The development of One NoDa Park is a collaboration between Avery Hall Development Group and partners Aria Development Group and Bridge Investment Group. According to reports from Charlotte Business Journal , Avery Hall acquired the site for $13.2 million last year on behalf of United Bank as lender for the project. Little has been selected as architect for Sprouts while Samet Corp will serve as general contractor for One NoDa Park’s shell design.

Construction on this mixed-use complex began earlier this year with an estimated completion date set for early fall when residents can expect occupancy availability at One NoDa Park apartments.
