Skender, a leading general contractor, recently completed the interior construction of a new 100,000-square-foot headquarters for software developer Relativity. The headquarters is located in the Central Standard Building at 231 S. LaSalle in Chicago’s bustling Loop area.
The project team included CBRE as project manager, Partners by Design as architect, Syska Hennessy Group as engineer and TM Technology Partners as low-voltage/AV designer. Spanning across the 19th and 20th floors with dedicated terrace space on the 23rd floor, this modern workspace features private offices, open workstations, meeting rooms,lounge areas,panty spaces,and a boardroom.
