Greystar has commenced construction on a 416-unit apartment complex in Everett, MA, an area that has been experiencing significant residential development. This new project, called Juniper and located at 1690 Revere Beach Pkwy, will be the second phase of the company’s development in this location. The first phase, known as Jade and consisting of 325 units, is expected to be completed by early 2025.
According to reports from the Boston Business Journal , Greystar plans to deliver over 1,900 units in Everett’s Commercial Triangle district. The firm has already opened two other projects – Mason at 101 Mill Rd and Anthem Everett at Garvey St – with another project named Maxwell set for completion later this year.
To fund the construction of Juniper, Greystar secured a $111 million loan from Banco Inbursa based in Mexico. Construction is estimated to continue until mid-2026.
