CBRE recently facilitated the sale of Signal, a 285-unit mid-rise apartment complex located in Hapeville, Georgia. The property is situated approximately 8 miles south of Downtown Atlanta and was sold by Atlanta-based developer South City Partners. The buyer, Penler in partnership with global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG), acquired the property.
