BioMed Realty, a Blackstone portfolio company and leading provider of real estate solutions for the life science and technology industries, has successfully leased 46,353 square feet of lab and office space at 10255 Science Center Dr. in San Diego’s Torrey Pines submarket to BlossomHill Therapeutics.
This new space will offer state-of-the-art facilities for BlossomHill as they continue their important work in addressing urgent medical needs related to oncology and autoimmune disorders. Kevin Tremblay, Senior Vice President responsible for California markets at BioMed Realty, oversaw the leasing process for this property.
The lease agreement follows BioMed Realty’s recent redevelopment of 10255 Science Center Dr., which included a complete building renovation with modernized Class A lab and office suites. The property also offers curated amenities such as a fitness center, training room, and an outdoor patio area.
