Colliers recently facilitated a 20,000-square-foot lease for Bohler Engineering’s new regional headquarters at 50 Washington Street in Westborough, MA. The Colliers team, led by Steve Woelfel and Kevin Brawley, acted as representatives for Bohler Engineering while JLL’s Bob McGuire and Alison Powers represented the landlord Carruth Capital.
The Class A building boasts a total area of 92,600 square feet and offers amenities such as a fitness center, cafeteria, parking lot and signage options. According to Woelfel: “This property provides an adaptable layout that promotes productivity for its tenants along with exceptional amenities that are unparalleled in the surrounding area.” In addition to Bohler Engineering , UMass Medical School and AAFCPA also occupy space within this building.
