Ft. Worth is set to receive a new adaptive use project, with Bluelofts specialist in historic buildings leading the charge. The 19-story Star-Telegram building and 16-story Oil & Gas building are being transformed into mixed-use communities featuring 88 units and 180 luxury multifamily units respectively. Amenities such as gyms, community lounges, co-working spaces and retail/restaurants on the first floor will be available for residents of both buildings to enjoy. Additionally, portions of the Star Telegram Building will remain as office space while both projects plan to utilize state and federal historic tax credit systems for financing purposes; Wolfe Investments partnering with Bluelofts on this endeavor.
