The practice network will employ around 40 personnel and staff members at their new location on 8171 Maple Lawn Boulevard. This facility will cater to gynecology and general obstetrics patients as well as offer wellness and medical spa services.
Maple Lawn is a sprawling mixed-use community spanning over 605 acres developed by Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties. It boasts of top-notch amenities including over one million square feet of Class A office space, flex/R&D spaces for businesses along with retail options and residential properties.
The landlord was represented by Bill Jautze from St.John Properties while the tenant was represented by Joe Bradley from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services during this transaction.
