"Brickell Miami Hotel Sells for $55M"

The SLS Brickell Hotel in Miami’s bustling Brickell neighborhood recently sold for $55 million, with Qatari sellers making a profit of $12 million. The seller, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of the Qatari royal family, last traded the hotel for $43 million in 2019. The buyer was identified as 1300 Brickell Miami LLC, an affiliate of Albania-based Kastrati Group.

Located at 1300 S. Miami Ave., this mixed-use tower features a Constellation-branded hotel with 124 rooms and ground floor retail/restaurant space spanning over 120,000 square feet and4 ,530 square feet respectively.

Developed in 2016, this impressive structure boasts a total of54 stories and offers luxurious amenities such as a pool,f itness center,and spa to its guests. With residential condos occupying floors above the first nine levels where the hotel is situated,the building also provides access to58 ,000 square feetof indoor event space.
