San Antonio Apartments for High-Income Renters

Daniel Corp. has begun construction on a luxurious apartment complex consisting of seven buildings and 350 units located at the intersection of Loop 1604 and Bulverde Road. The project is specifically designed to cater to high-income renters.

Although specific figures for construction and land costs have not been disclosed, sources from the San Antonio Business Journal reveal that Daniel secured a loan worth $48.29 million from Fifth Third Bank as part of the agreement.

The complex will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with an additional 24 carriage house buildings featuring private garages. Residents can also enjoy various amenities such as a triple-tiered pool, coworking space, a convenient “grab-and-go” market, and even a pet park complete with an adjacent pet spa. The first set of units is expected to be completed by early 2025 under the supervision of DFW-based general contractor Rampart.

This new development in San Antonio offers upscale living options for those seeking high-end rental properties in this area.
