Urban Property Group (UPG) recently facilitated the leasing of two prime commercial properties in San Diego’s urban and coastal areas. The first is a 10,000 square foot space on Voltaire Street that will be home to City Tacos’ newest location, complete with an open-air “taco garden” and dedicated parking lot. This marks the eighth location for the popular restaurant chain.
In addition, UPG secured a lease for Fish & Things in Mission Beach at 4462 Mission Blvd. Spanning over 1,400 square feet, this will be the first Southern California outpost for this poke bar originally established in Northern California. Specializing in fresh poke and locally caught fish selections, it is sure to become a go-to spot for seafood lovers.
Representing both landlords were Serena Patterson and Dave Maxwell of UPG who have extensive expertise in securing top-notch tenants for commercial properties throughout San Diego’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
