Newmark Welcomes Golf Capital Markets Expert Tom Berry as Managing Director in San Diego
Tom Berry has recently joined Newmark as a managing director, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of golf and country clubs, golf resorts, and master-planned golf communities across the United States within the firm’s capital markets group. With almost ten years of experience under his belt, Berry is well-versed in traditional broad-based offerings, confidential sales processes such as section 363 bankruptcy proceedings or court-ordered auctions. Throughout his career so far he has been involved with transactions totaling over $600 million.
