The facility will cater to various needs such as manufacturing, warehousing, research and design, along with commercial spaces for retailers, restaurants and support services.
Dubbed as Taylor Technology Park, the project is strategically located in close proximity to Carlos G. Parker Boulevard Southeast and Farm to Market Road 112 intersection – just a stone’s throw away from the $17 billion Samsung chip plant.
According to Austin Business Journal reports, iMarket Korea was established in 2000 by affiliates of Samsung Group and has an impressive annual revenue of approximately $2.3 billion U.S dollars as one of the leading players in the industrial business-to-business e-commerce market for industrial materials – primarily serving South Korean enterprises including Samsung itself.
Incorporated in 2012 under its parent company iMarket Korea , iMarket America specializes in providing specialized maintenance , repair ,and operations services exclusively tailored for North Austin’s existing operations owned by none other than tech giant Samsung .
