Dora’s Naturals, a distributor of natural and organic perishable products, recently acquired a 105,000 square foot industrial property in Moonachie, NJ for $31 million from Beauty Plus. The acquisition was facilitated by a CBRE team led by Kevin Dudley and included Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik, Elli Klapper, Kate Granahan and Brian Fiumara.
According to Cyrus Schwartz of Dora’s Naturals,”The purchase of this property at 210 West Commercial Avenue is crucial to our core business as it allows us to provide high-quality perishable goods such as natural and organic foods and beverages to retailers across the northeast region.”
CBRE successfully arranged the sale of this prime location in the Meadowlands area which will greatly benefit Dora’s Naturals’ operations.
