Colliers has achieved a historic milestone in Las Vegas by brokering the city’s first-ever one-million-square-foot lease, securing a single building user located within NorthPoint Development’s inaugural project in Southern Nevada, the North Vegas Logistics Center. HEYDUDE Shoes is the record breaking tenant of this industrial building. The Colliers team headed up by Dan Doherty represented NorthPoint Development as landlord for this deal.
The two million square feet logistics center is expected to be delivered later this year and offers features such as 40 foot clear heights and ample trailer parking space. HEYDUDE Shoes joined Crocs brand after being acquired by Crocs Inc., in 2021 and announced plans to open its Las Vegas distribution facility come September 2022 with assistance from Danielle Steffen and Michael Schoeder of Cushman & Wakefield who acted on behalf of the tenant for closing this deal.
This marks an important milestone for both Colliers International as well as Las Vegas commercial real estate market setting new records that will be remembered long into future!
