Prologis Expands Nashville Presence

Prologis has expanded its presence in Nashville with the recent acquisition of a 1.4 million-square-foot industrial complex in Wilson County for $155 million. The company purchased the Beckwith Farms complex, which spans over 94 acres and includes three industrial properties located at 12002, 12008, and 12014 Volunteer Blvd from Nuveen.

The property was originally developed by Panattoni and Clarion Partners and is conveniently situated off Interstate-40 East. Notable tenants include Amazon, Under Armour, and Ceva Logistics.

According to their website, Prologis currently owns and operates a portfolio of 67 industrial properties serving over 217 customers in Greater Nashville. With this latest acquisition, they now have a total of17.5 million square feet of industrial real estate under management with an additional5.7 million square feet set to be delivered within the next three years.
