Meridian, in partnership with Nexus Health, is investing over $100 million to develop a 95,000-square-foot multi-specialty medical office building and comprehensive cancer care center on an 18-acre parcel of vacant land located near Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center. Construction began at the end of March 2023 and is expected to be completed by July 2024.
The three story building will include up to 50 infusion bays, a lab, advanced imaging with interventional radiology as well as primary care services such as general surgery cardiology pulmonary and medical oncology. It also features 520 parking stalls for visitors’ convenience.
Mike Conn from Meridian commented: “This project will bring significant jobs and tax revenue to the City of Santa Fe.” He added that it was an exciting opportunity for both companies involved in this venture which promises great benefits for the local community upon completion
