"MCB Closes 151-Unit Morgan State University Housing for MF Residents"

MCB Real Estate has successfully completed the vertical construction of a new off-campus housing project near Morgan State University in Baltimore. The development, known as “The Enolia,” consists of 151 units and 473 beds on a 3.3-acre site. With an expected opening date in 2025, this project aims to provide high-quality housing options for students with amenities such as study rooms, a fitness center, game room, and outdoor courtyard.

According to MCB managing partner and co-founder P. David Bramble , the decision to name the development after civil rights trailblazer Enolia McMillan was made out of respect for her contributions not only in Baltimore but also across America. As an advocate for progress at Morgan State University, it is fitting that her name be associated with this project that will help address the university’s need for additional housing options.

Financing partners WesBanco and Wells Fargo Foundation have played crucial roles in making this project possible without any mention or involvement from Connect CRE or its affiliates.
