"New Ownership of Dallas Dual-Branded Hotel"

The Butler Brothers Hospitality Group has successfully sold the dual-branded TownePlace Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Dallas Downtown. The sale was facilitated by Marcus & Millichap’s Chris Gomes and Allan Miller, who represented the sellers and secured a joint venture between Lowen Hospitality and Vashee & Associates as the buyers.

This iconic 1910 Classical Revival-style building, known as the Butler Brothers Building, underwent extensive renovations in 2016 to become a dual-branded hotel with a distinctive red brick façade. The property also includes an apartment complex with 237 units and commercial space of approximately 20,000 square feet; however these were not included in the sale.

Featuring a total of 274 rooms, including 132 at TownePlace Suites and another142 at Fairfield Inn & Suites,the hotel offers various amenities such as an outdoor pool with barbecue grills,a fitness center,a business center,and1,050 square feet of meeting space.Additionally,it also boastsa convenience store for guests’ convenience.

This recent transaction marks yet another change of hands for this popular dual-branded hotel locatedinDallas downtown area.
