Harbor Group International, LLC (HGI), a privately owned international real estate investment and management firm, announced Tuesday that Scott Adams has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Based in HGI’s Norfolk, VA office, Adams will initially focus on capital raising efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region to build and maintain HGI’s worldwide network of institutional investors, corporate entities family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
Adams brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to his new role at HGI; including corporate leadership roles such as executive managing director at Colliers where he focused on growth initiatives like new business development recruiting acquisitions client engagement advisory services goal execution problem solving. Additionally he served as regional president for CBRE.
