These latest additions to the mixed-use development include Lovesac, occupying a spacious 28,000 square feet and expected to open its doors in Q4 of 2024. Known for their modular furniture designs, Lovesac is a leading furniture company. Golf Lounge 18 will also be joining the lineup with an indoor golfing facility spanning over 9,000 square feet and set to launch in Q1 of 2025. Additionally,Fresh & Co., a popular healthy fast-casual franchise has already opened up shop within their allotted space of3 ,000square-feet.
Located in Downtown Stamford,the Atlantic Station project boasts650 residences as well as82 ,000square-feetof retail space.The complex offers various amenities such as an indoor/outdoor pool,a fitness center,and game rooms.Its prime location just one block away from the Stamford Transportation Center provides express service directly into Midtown Manhattan.
Lovesac was represented by Brian Scruton from Cushman & Wakefield while Tim Rorick and Janey Steinmetz from Newmark worked alongside RXR’s own team on behalf of the landlord during negotiations.Golf Lounge18 was represented by Tyler Lymanfrom Tru Commercialwhile Fresh & Co had Sabre representing them.Tyler Lymanfrom Tru Commercial also acted on behalf of RXR during all transactions with Newmark providing additional support.
