BET Investment is awaiting final approval from the Town of Goodyear for its latest project, a 463-unit rental community called Willow at El Cidro Ranch. The development will feature a mix of stand-alone homes, townhouses, and multifamily units on a 42-acre site located at the southwest corner of Lower Buckeye Road and 169th Avenue. Construction could begin as early as 2025.
Amenities for the community include a pool and park area, clubhouse, and other recreational facilities. BET Investments has partnered with Phoenix-based civil engineering firm HilgartWilson LLC to bring this project to life.
This marks BET Investments’ ninth property in Arizona. In April of last year, it sold one of its properties – totaling over half-a-million square feet – to EQT Exeter for $60.1 million in what was one of the largest deals in the Valley during that time period.
