CBRE has announced the successful renewal of a 15,379-square-foot office lease for Kenneth Park Architects (KPA) at 360 Lexington Avenue in Midtown. KPA will continue to occupy the entire seventh floor of this 24-story building. The negotiations with Savanna, the building’s owner, were expertly handled by CBRE’s Steve Eynon on behalf of KPA.
According to Eynon, who has been working with KPA since placing them at 360 Lexington in 1996 and handling multiple expansions and renewals since then: “This early extension allows KPA to take advantage of current market conditions.”
Known for their work with luxury brands such as Chanel, Gucci, Harry Winston, Christian Louboutin and Fendi among others,Kenneth Park Architects will remain in their current space long-term. This prime location is just two blocks away from Grand Central Terminal.
