The Chiofaro Company has recently announced the launch of Phase II for the $100 million reinvestment project at International Place, a prominent 1.8 million square foot office complex in Boston. In collaboration with Gensler, OJB, and Columbia Construction in 2023, Chiofaro embarked on this redevelopment venture.
Phase II will focus on revamping key areas such as “IP Commons,” Fort Hill Plaza and the grand entrance to connect Downtown to Waterfront and Seaport districts. The redesigned IP Commons will serve as a vibrant hub with ample seating options, an impressive 55-foot-high water feature and year-round garden beds. Additionally, there will be expanded events that celebrate local arts & culture while fostering community gatherings.
