Avenue "Introducing a New Food Hall Concept at 570 Lexington Avenue"

HF Brands and Markets, a revolutionary food hall concept created by renowned restaurateur Steven Hanson and hospitality expert Alex Gaudelet, has secured an 11,400-square-foot space lease at 570 Lexington Avenue for the next 25 years with the Feil Organization. This landmarked skyscraper in Midtown was built in 1932 and spans over 450,000 square feet. The new HF Market will be joined by Schnipper’s at its base.

The transaction was facilitated by Randall Briskin of the Feil Organization and Alex Gaudelet of HF Brands and Markets. “Our goal is to revitalize the food hall industry through strategic placement in central locations,” stated Steve Hanson, principal at Hospitality Firm. “We were drawn to the iconic appeal of this prime location near major transit hubs as well as notable landmarks and cultural destinations.”
