The historic Roosevelt Building, located at 841 Broadway in Downtown, has reached full occupancy with the recent signing of a long-term lease by Movable Ink. The Feil Organization facilitated the deal for 13,716 square feet of office space on behalf of Movable Ink.
Designed by renowned architect Stephen Hatch and built in 1894, this prime location is situated near Union Square Park and offers convenient accessibility. Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Trivelas, Chris Helgesen, Dirk Hrobsky and Gary Ceder represented Movable Ink while Andrew Weiner, Rob Fisher and Henry Korzec represented The Feil Organization.
